Monitoring Tracks & Points at critical locations
RIVVAL have been awarded the supply package for a range of condition monitoring units for the monitoring of Track and Points by Northern Ireland Railways. The project covers the monitoring at Central, Great Victoria Street, Bleach Green and York Road stations.
The requirements
The supply package included the following elements:-
• Supply of Condition Monitoring units;
• Supply of installation accessories;
• Provision of layout diagrams for interrogation system;
• Wiring diagram upgrades;
• Site installation;
• Programming of interrogation units.
The system provides a range of benefits including real time monitoring of Signalling Track and Point assets.
